Shipping

Every Global Artisan Co. board is made to order in the USA, just for you. Because each piece is crafted after you place your order, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery timeframes:

  • Free US shipping on every order, always
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after production
  • Total time from order to delivery: approximately 5–8 business days
  • We ship within the contiguous United States
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every board we make. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we want to hear from you.

Standard orders — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Items must be unused and unaltered.

Personalized & monogram orders — because every personalized piece is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. That said, if there is a quality issue or we made an error on your personalization, we will remake it at no charge. No questions asked.

Damaged items — if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

A note on our made-to-order process

Because each board is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun — typically within 24 hours of ordering. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.

Bought this as a gift and the recipient wants to exchange? Reach out within 30 days of the original order date and we'll find a solution.
