Order Processing and Production Time

Most of our products are made to order.

Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Once your item has been made and shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

Production time: 2–4 business days
Standard U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 4–9 business days from the order date.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Global Artisan Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before production or shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Global Artisan Co is not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your building, mailroom, or local carrier.

Global Artisan Co is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and make it right according to our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At this time, shipping options may vary by destination and availability at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier service.
