Thank you for shopping with Global Artisan Co. We want you to love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging, when possible

  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized and custom products are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes items customized with names, initials, monograms, dates, custom wording, or other personalization details.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer spelling errors, incorrect initials, incorrect dates, or incorrect personalization details entered at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

For personalized products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but we will replace or exchange the item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you would like to exchange a non-personalized item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized products

  • Custom orders

  • Items that have been used

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
