Welcome to Global Artisan Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, globalartisan.co, and any purchases made through our online store.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

I. ABOUT GLOBAL ARTISAN CO

Global Artisan Co is an online home and gifting brand offering decorative glass serving boards, home accents, and related products designed for hosting, gifting, and everyday home styling.

Many of our products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners.

II. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the site.

You agree not to:

Use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Copy, reproduce, or misuse our website content, product images, artwork, branding, or designs
Submit false, offensive, unlawful, or infringing personalization requests
Interfere with the checkout process, website functionality, or security of the site

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website at our discretion.

III. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing methods, production processes, and material differences.

Because many of our products feature printed artwork, slight variations in color, placement, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the production process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Our glass boards are designed for serving, display, home styling, gifting, and light prep. They are not intended for heavy chef chopping, commercial kitchen use, or misuse outside normal household use.

IV. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, discounts, shipping options, and promotions at any time without notice.

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers made available at checkout, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved providers. We do not store your full credit card or debit card information on our servers.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
Personalization requests that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe on third-party rights
Technical errors or checkout issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

V. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Global Artisan Co products are made to order. Production typically begins after your order is placed.

Because made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Personalized and custom products, including items with names, initials, monograms, dates, custom wording, or other customer-submitted details, are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer spelling errors, incorrect initials, incorrect dates, incorrect names, or inaccurate personalization details entered at checkout.

VI. SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Most products are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.

Once your item has been made and shipped, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery time:

Production time: 2–4 business days
Standard U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Global Artisan Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

VII. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-personalized items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Personalized and custom products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jules@globalartisan.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other reasonable resolution depending on the situation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

VIII. CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered production.

IX. PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions may vary by product. Please review the care instructions included in the product listing or with your order.

For our glass serving boards, hand washing is recommended. Use regular dish soap and wipe with a damp cloth. Do not expose glass products to extreme temperature changes, place them in the microwave, or use them in ways not intended for the product.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect product quality and may make the item ineligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

X. PERSONALIZATION AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit names, initials, monograms, dates, custom wording, images, logos, or other personalization details, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, misleading, or infringing.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order containing personalization or custom content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to our brand or others.

By submitting personalization or custom content, you grant Global Artisan Co and our production partners the limited right to use that content solely to produce, fulfill, and deliver your order.

XI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on globalartisan.co, including product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, text, branding, page layouts, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Global Artisan Co and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use our content, product images, designs, artwork, or branding without prior written permission from Global Artisan Co.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights in the design, artwork, branding, or product imagery.

XII. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party platforms and service providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, email marketing services, and customer support tools.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, availability, performance, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

XIII. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIFT CARDS

Promotional codes, discounts, free shipping offers, and special promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations.

We reserve the right to change, limit, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless expressly stated.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase and may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law.

XIV. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, testimonials, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Global Artisan Co the right to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and share that content for marketing, website, social media, product development, and promotional purposes.

We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish reviews or comments that are offensive, misleading, unlawful, spam, unrelated to the product, or otherwise inappropriate.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts or forums available under applicable law, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
